I. Brief Introduction of Units
Jiangxi Down Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Jiangxi Down Products Research Institute) is a technical institution affiliated to Jiangxi Market Supervision Bureau. It was established in September 2013 with the approval of Jiangxi Provincial Editorial Office. It is a fully funded institution and a third-party Notary Inspection Institution with independent legal personality. To provide technical services for the production process selection of down products, solving technical problems and researching inspection methods. To undertake the sampling, commissioning, arbitration and judicial commissioning of down products, textile and apparel products and other fibre products in and outside the province; to carry out relevant international exchanges and cooperation and product testing skills training. The center covers an area of 10 mu; the building area of the testing building is 6300, of which the testing room area is 1729.6; and the constant temperature and humidity laboratory area is 128. The central inspection room has 72 sets of testing equipment for textile and garment. The assets of testing equipment are 103.344 million yuan.
II. Recruitment Positions, Numbers and Conditions

(2) Basic conditions
1. Supporting the Party's line, principles and policies, having good political qualities, correct conduct, decent style, abiding by discipline and law, and having no criminal or other undesirable records.

3. Ability to obey organizational arrangements, have certain working ability and strong communication and coordination ability.

6. Graduates of the year 2019 can participate in the registration. Graduates who have not yet obtained their diploma in 2019 can upload the online certification report of the Ministry of Education and my latest academic transcript downloaded and printed by China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin). Graduation certificates and degree certificates should be provided during the period of employment. If no graduation certificate is provided, no employment will be granted.
7. Physical condition for normal performance of duties, colourless blindness, meeting the requirements of physical examination.
(3) Personnel under any of the following circumstances shall not register:
1. Those who have been subjected to criminal punishment for a crime.
2. The suspected violation of discipline and law is being examined by the disciplinary inspection and supervision organ or judicial organ, and no conclusion has yet been reached.
3. Those who have been dealt with by the public security organs have committed bad acts.
4. Has been expelled from public office.
5. Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
III. Registration Procedure
(1) Registration time:
The registration time will be from the date of issuance of self-confidence information to 30 June 2019.
(2) Registration methods and requirements:
Registration method: This recruitment adopts online registration and on-site registration, and submits relevant materials according to the following requirements:

IV. Qualification Examination, Written Examination and Interview
(1) Qualification Examination: Applicants should bring their resume, identity card, academic certificate, original and photocopy of degree certificate and a one-inch color crown-free photo to the Personnel Department of Room 503 of Jiangxi Down Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center before 30 June 2019 for qualification examination. Interviews may be granted only after qualifications have been passed. (Postgraduates are exempt from written examinations)
(2) Written Test Arrangement
1. Written Test Content
The written exam is closed-book, with a full score of 100. It focuses on the comprehensive knowledge necessary for recruitment, i.e. the "Administrative Professional Competence Test" and "Shenlun".
2. Time and place of written examination
A person who participates in a written examination with his identity card and attends the written examination at the prescribed time and place, and is 30 minutes late, shall be deemed to have abandoned the examination.
3. Achievement Query
The percentage system is applied to the written examination results, and the qualified score line is 60 points. According to the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of candidates taking the examination, the candidates for each recruitment post are determined in turn from high scores to low scores. The candidates whose grades are lower than the qualified line are not allowed to enter the interview stage, and those who have not reached 1:3 can participate in the interview according to the actual number of candidates whose grades are not lower than the qualified line.
Within seven working days after the completion of the examination, the written examination results and the list of professional examiners will be published on Jiangxi Down Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center - Recruitment and Bidding - Government Information Open Navigation (http://www.jxyjzx.com/).
(3) Interview content: mainly examines the candidates'comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, organizational coordination, interpersonal communication, language expression, manners, emergency response and professional ability.
(4) The time and place of the interview shall be notified separately.
V. Physical Examination
(1) According to the results of the interview, the medical examinees should be determined according to the proportion of 1:1 recruits from high to low grades. Physical examination shall be carried out in the medical institutions designated by the recruiting units in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Physical Examination for the Employment of Jiangxi State Civil Servants (Organ Staff). The expenses shall be borne by oneself.
(2) Personnel Section shall notify the relevant arrangements for physical examination separately. Persons who fail to take part in the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to automatically renounce the qualification for physical examination.
(3) Those who are absent from physical examination shall be deemed to have given up voluntarily. Those who fail or give up physical examination shall be disqualified from their proposed employment.
Ⅵ.Ways of employment
Labor dispatch system. After the interview and the proposed employment, the labor contract was signed with the labor agency company and assigned to our center.
Ⅶ.Employment and treatment
(1) The list of employed persons shall be determined after passing the physical examination. After 7 days of publicity without objection, the trainees shall be trained for 3 months, and the salary during the trainees shall be 2,000 yuan/month. After the probation period has expired and passed the examination, an employment contract is signed and relevant formalities are handled. Those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified.
(2) The wages and benefits after formal employment shall be implemented in accordance with the wages, benefits and benefits stipulated by Jiangxi Down Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Annual income shall not be less than 60,000 yuan (including social security and provident fund of units and individuals).
(3) Welfare
It shall be carried out with reference to the relevant provisions of the personnel in charge. Free breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on weekdays, and free accommodation is provided by non-residents.
(4) Social insurance
In accordance with the relevant provisions, we shall handle old-age insurance, medical insurance (maternity insurance), industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and housing accumulation fund.
