　　On March 20, 2019, China Feather and Down Industrial Association (hereinafter referred to as: CFDIA) and Guangzhou Inspection Group jointly held a working group meeting on “Glue Down Evaluation Method” at Zhujiang Hotel to jointly review the “Glue Down Evaluation Method”. 16 experts from 7 associations including CFDIA, Guangzhou Inspection Group, Qianjiang Customs, Wuxi Customs, Nanjing Customs, Sichuan Fiber Inspection, Shenzhen Metrology Institute and Hong Kong UL attended the meeting.

　　From nightfall to night, the meeting lasted a total of four hours, and the enthusiasm of the experts for method discussion was unabated. After several rounds of technical collisions, the experts basically agreed on the physical appearance of the down and the physical characteristics of the microscope, the net fluff content, and reached a consensus on the use of chemical analysis.

       At the same time, the test process of down dust content was first demonstrated. The down dust tester was jointly developed by Guangdong Hongji Down Products Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Libixin Instrument Co., Ltd. and Guangzhao Group. The dust test method can effectively prevent fraud and adulteration of "glue velvet" and "dust velvet".

　　The successful holding of this conference will bring the standard of “Glue velvet evaluation method” to the market scientifically, rigorously and quickly, and become a powerful weapon to combat “glue velvet” to ensure the healthy and stable development of the industry.
