The provincial down center laboratory covers an area of 2,000 square meters and has domestic first-class microbiology testing laboratories and Varian gas chromatographs, biological microscopes, one-tenth electronic balances, electronic fabric strength machines and other advanced professional testing instruments at home and abroad. Test items include washed feather down, down clothing, down sleeping pads, down sleeping bags, down pillows, duvets, children's clothing, student uniforms, singles, and clip clothing. The test indicators involved include: microbes, feathers, fluffiness, moisture rate, residual fat percentage, cleanliness, oxygen consumption, odor, filling amount, formaldehyde content, pH value, textile fabric content, washable color Fastness, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to saliva, pilling, shrinkage, degree of splitting of main parts, quilting strength after pants, appearance sewing, fusible lining Peel strength, etc.
