The Textile Industry Product Testing Center (JTC) of Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is a professional testing technology institution approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. It has the legal person qualification registered by the State Council. At present, JTC has obtained the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and China Metrology Accreditation (CMA). It is the China Environmental Labeling Certification (CEC) contracting laboratory and has obtained the British, German, Japanese, Australian, Hong Kong and International Feather and Feather Bureaus. JTC now has “National Key Laboratory of Eco-Textile Testing (Jiangsu)”, “National Key Laboratory of Raw Silk Testing (Jiangsu)”, “National Key Laboratory of Motor Vehicle and Parts Testing – Automotive Interior Parts Laboratory” and Textile Six professional testing laboratories, such as raw materials, feather down, chemical testing, etc., with a laboratory area of nearly 10,000 square meters, equipped with more than 360 sets of advanced testing equipments at home and abroad, worth more than 22 million yuan, with a doctorate. High-level, high-level professional and technical personnel such as masters and senior engineers are the backbone testing, training and R&D teams, and are engaged in testing technical services in textile, automotive, toy, electromechanical, food and contact materials, animal and plant products, etc. The national import and export inspection and quarantine and supervision and management provide testing technical support, and also provide professional testing technology services for domestic and foreign customers.

In recent years, JTC has taken advantage of the advantages of inspection and quarantine technology, and with the support of government departments at all levels, it has established the “China Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone-Wuxi Taihu Protection Zone International Quality Technology Service Cluster Park” and “Jiangsu Textile Industry Green Manufacturing”.
