RDS人道羽绒标准是由VF集团旗下The NorthFace与纺织品交易所及第三方认证机构荷兰管制联盟Control Union共同合作开发，于2014年1月正式启动，并于6月发出第一张认证书。开发过程中与具领导地位的供应商Allied Feather&Down及Downlite，分析并验证羽绒供应链中的每个环节皆合乎标准。厂房验收合格证， 消防验收合格证 , 消防年审报告

2. 消防设备定期检查记录(灭火器， 消防栓， 消防警铃， 应急灯， 安全出口指示灯， 消防泵等)
Routine inspection records (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarming system,emergency lighting, safety exits lighting, fire pumps, etc.)

Fire drills and evacuation plans with related records
4. 全厂各区域的疏散平面图
Factory evacuation plan.
5. 食堂卫生许可证及厨房工人健康证
Canteen hygienic permit, and health certificates of cooks
6. 急救员培训证书及相关培训记录
First aiders certificates and related training records
7. 电梯， 锅炉， 压力容器(空气压缩机等), 发电机， 厂内机动车等使用证书及定期检验记录Certificates and routine safety inspection records for elevators, boilers, compressing containers (air compressors, etc.), generators, forklifts, etc.
8. 安全生产委员会架构图及运作记录
Organization chart of working safety committee and activity records.
9. 政府认可的安全主任证书， 政府签发的年度安全及消防培训证书（如适用）
Certificates of Safety Officer, annual training of fire safety and working safety(if applicable).
10. 电工证， 焊工证， 电梯操作员证， 司炉工证， 厂内机动车司机证以及其他特种设备操作证等Certificates for electricians, welding operators, elevator operators, boiler operators, forklift drivers, etc.
11. 年度工作场所环境评估报告（包括粉尘，噪音，通风等）Environment evaluation records including annual government report (dust, noise,ventilation etc.).
12. 工厂使用的化学品清单及其物料安全数据表
Chemicals List and related MSDS.
13. 近六个月断针记录(如适用)
Broken needles records for the past 6 months (if applicable.)
14. 饮用水报告
Test report of drinking water.
